Discover and Utilize The Different Styles of Narration

Imagine a penthouse with marble floors, countertops and stairs. All white accessories line the kitchen and living room and the floor to ceiling windows allow for a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Oh you thought you were imagining a place where you would live? No, I am simply describing the home in which Ella Waldorf resides. If that didn't make you sad enough, just wait until I tell you she is a German Shepherd who lives better than you.

It was the morning of the competition. Ella, being the dog of Parisian millionaires has quite a lifestyle. She arises from her blush pink elevated dog bed with bejeweled clawed feet and runs over the marble floors to her parents room. When she gets to her parents bedroom she is met with a twelve foot door frame that has traditional Tibetan creaking hinges. Totally weird right? Anyways, Ella’s parents leave the door open so when Ella slips in they know she's awake.

In the next building over Izzy is arising as well. Although polar opposites, Izzy and Ella are good friends. Izzy’s parents have a much different style of decor. Izzy wakes up from her oak bordered bed that appears as if it’s floating, with a grey topper. Her parents have more of a soft rainforest aesthetic. Wood floors cover the 6,000 square foot apartment and the open floor plan is accessorized with green and gold accents. On Izzy’s way over to her parents room she passes the designated rain room. A six by eight foot room where it's constantly “raining”.

Now that I’ve given you a good description of our characters and explained to you just how much money they have, you’re all caught up. As we dive into the next chapters we will learn old things about our characters and how they face new problems.
